Ephemeral movies
One of the most ephemeral and important things in the art of cinema is atmosphere and tone and it's very hard to put your finger on what creates that.
Ephemeral movies creates short movies trying to grasp that atmosphere of a real life moment.
Ephemeral movies manifests that there is no independent external art outside of the each spectator.
I therefore try to create images that can be understood in various ways from each spectator.
Ideals of self-expression in order to create what is essentially propaganda Vs occupy my time doing something more productive than playing the fiddle while Rome burns?
Can art effect change, or can it really be relegated to mere entertainment, devoid of transformative power?
These are answers that belong to each spectator and their entanglement with the work of art - not me.
